WORKSHOPS:We offer a variety of workshops and programs to support the learning and growth of individuals and organizations as they engage in work for racial equity.

PROGRAM DESIGN

FACILITATION

We facilitate workshops and meetings for small and large groups in which participants:

GROUP COACHING: This offering is designed for schools and organizations that want to empower and develop emerging equity leaders; commit to real, lasting, long-term change

COACHING

Our group and individual coaching supports clients in "learning their way through" their challenges.  All of our coaching is tailored to the specific needs of our clients.  Our clients include: executives, managers, education leaders, teachers, and parents.
